When you’re tired of the cold dreary winter and all of its snow, and are dreaming of nothing but warm spring engagement photos in the PNW of Idaho, we know exactly how you feel.

When our couple said their aesthetic was a warm spring engagement session in Idaho we were checking the weather every ten minutes. We decided to change locations last minute to the dreamy Idaho foothills right outside of Boise to avoid all the snow and gloomy weather that our original location was getting hit hard with. Flexibility is the name of the game when it comes to spring engagement photos. We completely lucked out and had the only clear skies of the day and we took full advantage of that sunshine! We couldn’t have planned the timing of this session any better! It literally started to downpour as soon as we finished and got in our cars to drive home!

I’m always a rain or shine photographer which is why I always carry a super cute clear umbrella just in case. But this long winter definitely had us all tired of the snow. I mean snow is so last season anyways!

Springtime is when love is in the air…

Our couple completely embodied the spring vibes with a cute neutral spring outfit! Nothing says spring more than a white flow-y tea length dress and a neutral grey button down shirt. The foothills came to play and showed off it’s beautiful warm grasses and endless rolling hills.

Our couple was so wrapped up in each other that they couldn’t stop laughing at each other or looking at each other with love in their eyes. They took time to practice saying what they love and appreciate about each other—and it was adorable.
